The 2007 Community Development Society Conference is coming to Wisconsin! Mark your calendar for June 17 - 20, 2007, to attend the annual conference of the Community Development Society (CDS) in Appleton, Wisconsin. Wisconsin Rural Partners, the National Rural Development Partnership and Partners for Rural America will join to co-host the conference, which is expected to draw 700 national and international guests. The Future of Farming and Rural Life in Wisconsin project will host six regional forums across Wisconsin from May - October, 2006, on a variety of public policy topics of interest to rural Wisconsinites. WRP is recruiting facilitators to help with the forums. Read more.

The Leadership Council is a new facet of the organization, being developed as part of our "New Future" effort.
