Strong Rural Communities Initiative Proposals due July 31st

The Rural Health Development Council is looking for six rural Wisconsin communities to develop the Strong Rural Communities Initiative. The goal of the initiative is to improve the health indicators and health status in rural communities through local coalitions. Details at http://www.rwhc.com/SRCI.html
